Rose Garden Party

Service Description
1 hour of sweet roses, perfect for Bridal parties, birthday or just because, learning different icing and modelling techniques in a fun and social environment. Our Rose Garden session includes A one hour session run by your own party host, learning to create cupcake cake toppers from fondant. 6 cupcakes for each guest. A box for each guest to take home their creation. We take care of set up and pack up, take all rubbish with us, all we need is space to set up tables! Allergies can be accommodated with prior arrangement. As our kitchen does contain most known allergens, we can not guarantee no cross contamination but will make every effort for this not to happen. $150 deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior. Minimum of 6 participants, maximum 12. Each guest can be invoiced separately on request. We require space to set up tables, 6 guests required 2x six foot tables and 6-12 require 4x tables. *Please note that private bookings do not include our take home toolkit, all tools are provided to use only during the party.
Cancellation Policy
We currently offer our party services only within the Greater Hobart Area, with in 20km of Hobart CBD. $150 deposit required to secure date, Cancellations are permitted up to 14 days prior to the booked event date. Any cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit and no refund will be given. Change of date is permitted up to 7 days prior to the booked event date. Date changes less that 7 days prior to the booking date will forfeit the deposit and no refund will be given. Remaining costs after deposit will be invoiced via email after deposit is made, due 7 days prior to event date. If the remaining balance is not received by us by this time, your booking will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. 30 minutes is required either side of the booked party time for set up and pack down. We remove all rubbish and waste. Parties of 6 guests require space for a 2x 6 foot trestle table, between 6-12 guests requires space for 4 tables. Allergies can be accommodated with prior notification. While we make every effort to ensure this, our kitchen does contain known allergens, including but not limited to Gluten, Eggs, Nuts and Dairy. For this reason we can not guarantee no traces will be present. Our Party hosts have current WWVP cards that will be available to view during the event if requested. We hold current public liability insurance. Sweet Arts takes no responsibility for any injury or damages caused by miss use of our equipment and tools, Children participation requires adult supervision.
